Tuesdays • Ashtanga, traditional & very dynamic yoga for demanding profiles to work out
your strenght and flexibility, accepting your limits. In Mysore style, students learn the fixed
order of asanas combining movement with free breathing, with sound called ujjayi.
Through vinyasa, there is continuity via the breath from one asana to the next, so that each asana
builds from the previous one. Each student is given a yoga routine according to their ability.

☾ ¥IN YOGA CLASS ON THE MOON DAYS INSTEAD ASHTANGA

Thursdays • Vinyasa Flow yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between postures,
coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. This class moves from pose to pose
with each held for no more than five to ten breaths. Expect a fully balanced class of forward bending,
twists, backbends with opportunity for inversions as well as exploring armbalances. Let´s flow together.

Fridays • 13h • In a Led Primary Series class, the teacher calls out the postures and vinyasas (counted movements linking the postures with the breath) of the Ashtanga Primary Series, adapting the class depending on the student´s level.

Fridays • 19h • Yin Yoga is a slower-paced, more meditative version of the popular physical and spiritual discipline of yoga.
In Yin yoga, the poses are held for a long period of time (typically three to five minutes or longer)
to target the connective tissues (such as the ligaments, bones) rather than focusing on the muscles.
The art of melting into your mat and embracing your very nature. Ideal to balance more dynamic activities.
